Dental Coordinator Jennifer Pruiti-Ciarello has been chosen as the Djilba Employee of Season for always going out of her way to make the Swan Government Dental Clinic (GDC) a great place to work.

Jenni has worked with the Dental Health Service for more than 20 years and Swan GDC since 2021. She is invested in ensuring the integration and connection of each team member so everyone feels cared for professionally and personally.

Head of Swan GDC Marcus Quo said Jenni is always at the clinic early to ensure everything runs smoothly and steps in to cover staff absences to enable continuity of service.

"Jenni's compassion for staff and patients goes above and beyond expectations, especially in stressful situations," Marcus said.

"There are countless examples of her contributions, but one that stands out is when an elderly patient was in the process of having new dentures made but died before they were finished. Jenni contacted the family to express her sympathy and offer a refund for the dentures."
