Sangeetha Ganesan Congratulations to NMHS Corporate Employee of the Season Sangeetha Ganesan
21/11/2023

Congratulations to Sangeetha Ganesan, Business Systems Officer in the Business Information and Performance team, who was awarded the NMHS Corporate Employee of the Season for Djilba.

Sangeetha was nominated for her instrumental role in assisting the NMHS HEART team with the Ward Patient Flow Progress dashboard and the updated HEART performance dashboard.

These dashboards have created visibility and transparency to key patient flow metrics as well as allowing the HEART and MNHS teams to measure and report high level emergency access measures to the NMHS Board and Minister for Health.

Always demonstrating kindness and compassion throughout her work, Sangeetha has been a reliable and trustworthy ally to the HEART team.
