Mark's story (5:56)

Mark is in his 50s and received his concussion after a hit to his head in his workplace in 2018. He has a supportive wife and adult children. He struggled with returning to normal function and work. Mark shares his experiences with symptoms and mental health challenges and how through a supportive health care team he has managed to adapt, improve his function and find positives in other interests.
